I’m Sharilee Benjamin, LCSW, therapist, life coach, and founder of Today ALONE LLC. I provide virtual therapy in Georgia and Alabama, helping adults work through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions with care that is flexible, practical, and grounded in evidence-based methods.

I use a blend of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and mindfulness-based practices to meet each client where they are. These approaches are highly researched and adaptable, creating space for meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Trauma Professional, and military veteran with years of experience serving individuals and communities. My training in EMDR, trauma-informed care, and resilience-focused approaches allows me to combine structure with compassion, so therapy feels both safe and effective.
